Hi our bt yourview box keeps buffering when watching netflix. Tonight it froze and then buffered at 25%. During 30 minutes of tv we had to restart it 4 times! Each time the set box tells us its not connected to the internet but our mobile phones are. Its very frustrating and only happend when watching players via the yourview box. Not on pur tablets or phones. This week the same has started to happen with BBC iplayer.
