Is there any person on duty now? I have been waiting now for 18 minutes and have had no reply to my problem. So I will repeat my problem PeterFlora: Hello my TV is having problems connecting to internet message coming up to search for YVM102 yet cannot see where I am meant to search YVM102 this problem on the this web site. This keeps happening everytime BT's Optic fibre goes down which can be 3 to 4 times a day. As we work from home and need the internet every day all daycan someone please help

Select Network Connection Status
If it says not connected. Select Wired Connection and choose Automatic
Select Next and the box will start looking for your router
